Job Description

Responsible for maintaining and developing business with new and existing customers - Restaurants, Cafes, Bars, Clubs, Hotels, Gyms, etc.

Typical tasks will include:

Achieve sales goals and objectives in assigned territory.
Responsible for increasing sales through account penetration by analyzing current sales and volume, planning sales call and following up.
Provide exemplary customer service, makes sales calls and presentations outside of the office as often as necessary to maintain a solid customer relationship and as required to increase sales/penetration.
Responds timely to customer questions and inquiries and is courteous and professional to enhance customer satisfaction
Responsible for the creation and ongoing development of customer communication including device update.
Skills and Competencies:

Must be able to work independently and be reliable, responsible, dependable and fulfilling obligations.
Highly motivated, high energy, detail-oriented, organized individual with a positive attitude.
Excellent sales and communication skills.
Ability to close and win deals in the face of adversity
Patience and clarity when speaking to customers who aren't tech-savvy
Interest in helping business owners better use technology
Entrepreneurial mindset that is constantly seeking creative improvements and new areas of growth
Sales experiences and networks in specific industries (Food delivery services, hospitality, etc)
