Fast growing mortgage bank is looking for a marketing rep to expand the business. The person must have the following qualifications:
1. Worked marketing related job for the last three years 至少三年销售代表的经验
2. Customer oriented, enthusiastic 善于与新客户交流
3. Able to use all Microsoft office work software 精通办公室软件例如Microsoft Office
4. Able to handle multi tasks and able to work in the fast paced working environment 可以承受一定的工作压力和强度和外在天气环境的恶劣，工作速度迅速
5. Past sales, marketing experience in real estate, insurance, title company is a plus 有房地产，过户公司和保险公司，车行工作的销售经验者优先
6. Bilingual is a plus (Chinese, Spanish, Vietnamese) 双语优先
7. Must be have a valid driver license and a car 需要有驾照和车
8. Good verbal communication skill 善于沟通
