诚招商业地产管理/房东助理,时间灵活

工作性质：兼职/全职皆可，时间灵活，每周小于25小时，无打卡。

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic candidate who will assist with carrying out day-to-day tasks. This person must be diligent, reliable, and flexible, which means they must be comfortable balancing multiple assignments at once such as answering phone calls, data entry, customer service, sells etc.

工作内容：

1. 作为房东助理，处理维修和保养工作，以保持物业正常运行。
2. 处理承租人的投诉和问题。
3. 为潜在租客展示空置地产。
4. 执行租赁协议。
5. 定期检查空置房产与广场卫生，确保房产处于最佳状态。
6. 保持收入、支出、投诉、维修等并在自动化平台上记录。

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

English Fluency (Required).
Microsoft Office skills (Google Drive, Word, Excel).
Work with and check status of repair and maintnance work.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task without direct supervision.
Customer service skills and communication.
Overall problem solving skills.


兼职时薪25$, 全职试用期月薪3000.
