Real Estate Assistant needed

Job description
High producing Real Estate Team is seeking motivated and stable individual to assist in day-to-day operations. We really want someone who wants to grow with the company for the long term, No short term.
Job Type: Full-time

Requirements:
● Good at English and Chinese (verbal and written)
● Ability to have a flexible work schedule (follow 8:15am-5:15pm schedule)
● Customer service skills over the telephone
● Office skills - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe PDF, Gmail, Google Drive (If you know iMovie or other video editing skill, flyer designing , It is Plus )
● Communication skills - Phone calls, Emails, presentations
● Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time as well as prioritize and manage time efficiently
● Must be able to perform well under pressure and strict deadlines
● Must be able to take direction and work well with the other team members
● Personality test and background is A must.
● Not required: Real Estate license /Experience

Job Duties:
● Follow coaching & Administrative tasks
● Answer phone calls, Emails
● Design marketing piece, video, daily update
● Be the "keeper of the calendar" for appointments in Outlook & Google Calendar. Send invitations and track responses
● Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
● Correspond and Assist team members, clients, other agents, lenders, title companies and vendors in professional manner
● Prepare real estate forms and documents
● Fulfill client requests for information or other relevant transaction service
